Hi fastgtp99Welcome to aD!Several threads on Underworld - here's one that may be of help Shrink is no longer updated it can no longer handle the newer copy protections like Sony's or Macrovisions.So you can rip w/ DVDFab Decrypter (free) 1st then open those files and process as usual in Shrink have AnyDVD running in the background w/ Shrink.
